1.Timing of orders verify & purchase.
For orders are submitted from 08:00~18:00 (BEIJING TIME), Buycbuy will proceed your order within 6 hours;
For orders are submitted from 18:00~08:00 (BEIJING TIME), Buycbuy will proceed your order before tomorrow afternoon 14:00 P.M.;
REMINDER: Not included seller are offline or other special occasion.
2.Timing of seller to sent out the goods and package.
TAOBAO sellers will sent out the products in 3~7 days (not included the customized commodity & pre-sell commodity).
JD.COM and Amazon will sent out products by their self-operated logistic on the same purchase day. (But for those sellers are not use JD.com or Amazon’s logistic service, products will be send out within 3~5 days). The logistics are subject to seller.
3.How long will it takes from sellers to Buycbuy warehouse?
Buycbuy warehouse are located at Guangdong Province, so the dispatch time are depend on where the sellers are:
For the Pearl River Delta Region Area, it will takes around 1 working days.
For the Yangtze River Delta Area, it will takes around 3 working days.
For other areas, it will takes around 7 working days.
4.How long will inspection takes and get my parcel/product storages?
Normally, 1 working day will be enough.
