Terms of Promised Returns with no reasons

1、How to define inappropriate return/replace/exchange package?

Closing your order on your personal reason, likes:

a. Placed wrong order, wrong quantity, wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, etc.

b. the problems are not effect the goods and the return/replace/exchange reason are not accept by seller, likes thread, invisible stain, slight color difference, logo, hang tag. Also, off-price merchandise is not accept to return/replace/exchange.

c. Buyer doesn’t want the item any more, because delivery restriction, or too much delivery fee, or too much waiting time for pre-sale item, or judge the item are not with good quality subjectively by the picture taken by Buycbuy.


All the cargoes we apply for return/replace/exchange, they must be accepted by seller first, and the goods must within the return/replace/exchange merchandise catalogue, then we are able to handle. The final notice should be adjusted to the actual situation.


Q: Items are with slight staining, can I return/replace/exchange cargo free?

A: Most of the items are hand-made product, it’s inevitably to get slight staining, dust or slight blemish on it from manufacturing to distribution. All those slight blemish which are identified by seller and it’s not causing functional problem or causing usage problem, then you can’t enjoy free return/replace/exchange cargo service. Buycbuy have to charge you related expenses if seller insists it’s not for free.


Q: Items are not yet sent out from seller, can I return/replace/exchange cargo free?

A: Yes, you can return/replace/exchange cargo free. You will get charged under two conditions: 1st, return/replace/exchange items inappropriate (likes out of your personal reason and cargo doesn’t has quality issue); 2nd, goods are arrived at warehouse.


Q: Buyer insist the goods are having chromatic aberration problem but not accepted by seller, will I get charged when return/replace/exchange cargo?

A:Factors such as lighting, contrast and color display can cause the photo to look different from the actual product, this is not indicative of any product quality issues. If chromatic aberration are verifies and takes as inappropriate reason, then you will get charged when return/replace/exchange cargo.


Q: Will I get charged if return the goods base on the photo and measurement taken by Buycbuy of actual product?

A: Regarding the size and measurement, all the photo and measurement are taken base on the actual product which arrived at warehouse, slightly measurement difference is not avoidable because manufacturer are using their own standard, Buycbuy can hardly control that. Buycbuy recommend our customer to check get size chart of product or check with seller about proper size before place your order, to avoid the measurement issue. Any size or measurement issue will takes as inappropriate reason when applys cargo returns/replaces/exchanges.


Q: Will I get charged when returns cargo but freight insurance are covered by seller?

A:Regarding the freight insurance, the claim settlement will not be effected even seller has bought. Because insurance company are dealing the claim base on the rate of return/exchange of user account, and Buycbuy ’s purchase account has higher rate of return/exchange.



Some seller they may also cover the delivery fee, but this is only means seller they cover the first leg domestic delivery fee (first leg means the part from seller to Buycbuy warehouse), if we need to return/exchange/replace cargo with inappropriate reason, then seller will not bear anymore and delivery fee are on customers account.



2、 What’s the charge standard?


Fee of return/exchange package will be calculated as follows:


a. Total charge of return package = freight of sent back package to seller + freight of package covered by seller at first + handling fee RMB5/package from Buycbuy ;




b. Total charge of exchange package = freight of package sent back to seller + freight of exchanged-package sent out from seller + handling fee RMB10/package from Buycbuy ;


REMINDER: We need to pay back delivery fee to seller when we apply cargo return/exchange, even delivery fee are covered by seller at first.


Q: How does charges collected?

A: For return orders, the return delivery fee + the first delivery fee (from seller to Buycbuy warehouse) + handling fee RMB5/order will be deducted from your order payment directly.


For exchange order, you need to keep at least RMB40 in your Buycbuy account, because Buycbuy will need to deduct the return delivery fee + seller’s second time delivery fee to Buycbuy + handling fee RMB10/order from you account.


Q: For the order use value-added service, fee are deducts from my account or from my order payment?

A: For return order:


Delivery fee for send back cargo to sellers, and delivery fee pre-paid by seller when send goods to Buycbuy warehouse , and handling fee RMB5 will be deducted from the order payment.


For exchange order:

Please top up your Buycbuy account in advance, at least has RMB40 in your account.

Buycbuy will deduct the return delivery fee(from warehouse to seller), and second delivery fee (from seller to warehouse), and handling fee RMB10 from your account.
